Internet 3 is the next generation of the Internet. It is necessary to build a new Internet - or Extranet if you like - to fulfill the purpose of a global economy which is decentralized. Radical decentralization is holographic computing. Holographic computing is described as an “Internet on a Computer.” Each computer, or cell phones, is capable of being an Internet. It routes, searches, interacts and transacts with information. It is self contained and self serving and is synergistic with other holographic computers and can be managed globally by virtualization. Internet 3 is self contained and each holographic computer serves as a node and the Internet as we know it now will simply be another node on Internet 3. This means we can take full advantage of the Internet without compromising Internet 3.

With the proliferation of Wi-fi, WiMAX and portable broadband technologies, the dream of instant, mobile communication is now being realized.
Broadband aggregation technology is where multi channels of radio waves aggregate to a single broadband data stream.
Multiple radio feeds are satellite, Cable, Power lines, Cell phone, Wi-fi, Wimax, Xmax, Bluetooth provides the connections to Internet.
Viral Communication is arrays of radio manipulation, without cell towers, large antennas or expensive infrastructure.
Bandwidth:
XMAX - Wave utilization is one bit per wave isolation translates to about a 1,000 times more data then what is produced on present data streams.
Bit-Torrent – By creating multiple data streams, 100 data streams translates to 100 times more data then what is produced on present data streams.

White Space Spectrum—This radio will be available in 2009 for public use like Wi-Fi is now but can reach longer distances.
700 mtz Spectrum—This radio will be available in 2010 for use like WiFi is now but longer and penetrates walls much better.
Infrastructure:
Commonwealth – The Commonwealth is a communication Hub of thousands of Holographic Computers that form a synergistic matrix. In 2 dimensions this Hub is a grid but because of the holographic nature of the computers it creates a 4 dimensional honeycomb matrix akin to a capstone. Both the Bandwidth and Network potentials cause each additional Holographic Computer that is added to the network to grow the network exponentially in power and function. There will be thousands of Commonwealths that connect to form the global Internet 3.
